Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the stated policy and may take several business days depending on your financial institution.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
Follow all posted house rules
Respect neighbors and community quiet hours
Maintain the property in reasonable condition
Report issues promptly
Not exceed occupancy limits
Not host unauthorized parties or events unless explicitly approved
Guests may be responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, fines, or rule violations.
6. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are listed for each property or in booking communications. Early check-in or late check-out may be available only with prior approval and may involve additional fees.
7. Property Conditions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure each property is accurately described and maintained. However:
Furnishings, décor, and amenities may change
Temporary outages (internet, utilities, cable, appliances) may occur outside our control
Weather, construction, road noise, or neighboring activity may impact stays
We will make reasonable efforts to address issues promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Portier Properties shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of personal belongings
Travel disruptions beyond our control
Injuries resulting from misuse of property features or amenities
Third-party service interruptions
Guests assume responsibility for using the property and amenities safely.
